Since the 12 of September, I've been trying to install update 2023-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030219). However, no matter what I get the same error, Install error - 0x80248014. I've tried to look it up on my own and found this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nz7OKZHi-KI

Because the updated / and for some reason already installed W11 not? for some reason step. Now restart your device, if somehow the restart fails.

Please check and follow the steps below:
1. Reset Windows update components:
Please click start menu and type cmd, right click on it and choose run with admin
Kindly type the command lines below and hit enter:
net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
Restart your device and check if the issue persists.
2. Kindly download manually the KB from Windows update Catalog
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search...
After that, install it on your system.
Please restart and check if the issue persists.
