Hello Lauren Fencik,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.
I am sorry that you are experiencing this issue. This issue " error code 0xc0000001" might be caused by corrupt or missing system files or damaged boot sectors.
If you have already tried to rebuild the Boot configuration files (BCD) by running these commands ( bootrec /fixmbr bootrec /fixboot bootrec /scanos bootrec /rebuildbcd
) individually and experiencing the same error, you may need to create a Windows 11 Bootable Installation media and use the media to re-install Windows.
See the "Windows 11 Clean Installation Process" article for your reference:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsinsider/...
Note - Doing a Windows re-installation will completely delete all your data stored in your hard drive. If you have any important files, you can try repairing your previous operating system through the Bootable installation media. (or) see the article below on how to rescue your files in case Windows won't start article for reference.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.
Best regards,
Gunasekar N
