Hello JakeEaglesham
Thank you for participating in the Microsoft Community, my name is Wendy Jones, I am an Independent Advisor.
Tell me a little more about the inconvenience, do you want to transfer your emails from one hosting to another?
Or in this case it refers to using the Outlook client to check your mail locally?
Tell me about this to guide you much better.

Hi JakeEaglesham ,
My name is Lucia. I am an Independent Advisor. Thanks for contacting us.

I would recommend as best practice to perform the action you want is to add or configure your email account used in the Windows 10 Mail application in the application and Outlook.

When you set up your email account in the Outlook application you can map or view all the folders and emails that you have in the Mail app Windows 10.

Add an email account to Outlook

I wish I could have helped you, let me know any questions.

Hi Jake. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP here to help you.

You wouldn't import your Mail accounts into Outlook from Windows 10 Mail app which is only a sync service like a phone Mail app, you would import the accounts just like you did into Windows 10 Mail app from their online account.

See here how to set up Outlook Mail:

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you'll wait to rate whether my post helped you, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
