Hi Helpp – Welcome to Microsoft Answers Community.
How do I: Delete an account in Windows® 7?
1. ClickStart Menu and select
Control Panel.
Tips: You can press + R and type“control”
and hit
Enter.
2. Select User Accounts and Family Safety and
select User Accounts.
3. Select Manage another account.
Security note: If UAC is enabled, then you’ll get a UAC prompt on screen. Please
specify
credentials or permission to pass the UAC elevation.
4. From the list view select the account you want to manage (or in your
case delete).
5. Click Delete the account.
6. You’re asked if you want to keep that user accounts files,
I suggest you choose Delete Files.
7. Confirm that you’re sure that you want to delete the account by
clicking Delete Account.

Do NOT delete the account.
In Windows 7 the built-in administrator account is disabled by default - it IS possible to enable it but it's much better to have an Admin account you created for the purposes of elevation and emergency access.
Change the account you use all the time to a Standard user account, and keep the other Admin account purely for the purposes above.
If you do NOT have a second account, and your current User account gets corruptedIT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO ACCESS YOIUR COMPUTER .
