How do i contact the microsoft fraud department

I got a message to my email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** that someone in Russia is trying to change my microsoft account password.

This if fraud and i want you to refuse to do that change or work with them.  Thanks,  Gerald N. cohen

To check the Microsoft Account activity, you can visit the Recent Activity page, which will show you when and where you've used your Microsoft account within the last 30 days. For more information, see Check the recent sign-in activity for your Microsoft account.
