I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with Microsoft.
I am the owner of a PURCHASED copy of Win7 Home Professional, and I CANNOT GET ANY SUPPORT FOR IT FROM MICROSOFT.
Nor can I stop getting the notification that the Windows 10 upgrade I never requested, never agreed to and never wanted has FAILED TO INSTALL, error code 80004004-4019.
The 'Virtual Agent' is worse than useless, she is frustrating and the polar opposite of helpful.
and NONE OF THE PREVIOUSLY POSTED OPTIONS FOR ACTUALLY GETTING TO TALK TO TECH SUPPORT FUNCTION AT ALL.

I WANT, NEED, AND INSIST ON A VERIFIED CONTACT OPTION FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE A FOUR HOUR WAIT TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT KNOW ENGLISH, OR ANY INTERACTION WITH THE 'VIRTUAL AGENT'.
Either give me a verifiable email address or a working toll-free phone number I can use to speak to an American support tech.
Or refund me my three hundred dollars immediately.
Please understand I am not yelling at anyone in the community.
I'm yelling at Microsoft. They just aimed me at you.
