I was hacked a couple of months ago and I've had this email for over 12 years and you demanded that I prove it is mine! I received no assistance at all! I would like to close this account and then open a new account under another name.
Your instruction said not to use any name that could identify me...so I used the name of a photo I took of a pet which was "prabbit" for peter rabbit...you tell me that these are reserved words. why can I not use the name of a pet?
This leaves me with a string of #'s and letters which are difficult for me to rmember....help!
