How can sign in with Microsoft account when windows shows

How can sign in computer when computer shows no account sign in please help me.

Welcome : Try the following easy workarounds

1) On the locked screen >> Press any key =Enter-Spacebar-Backspace,.Etc

these actions may take it to the - Login page, where ask for Enter password

2) Once on the - Lock screen >>Press - Ctrl + Alt + Delete..

To display the | Login Page , where the system ask for a password

3) if the above tricks fail them : Your Pc file system maybe corrupted on this

case most users, apply these tools : File checker system and the DSIM

Microsoft support recommends : Run 1st the DISM tool, before try the Sfc /Scannow

Run these tools is easy - Haha.! : So do the 1st Scan with DISM

Just Right click the Start icon >> select - Command prompt (Admin)

and type this command : Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth >> Press Enter

if Find corrupted files it may say, that were unable to fix them or something like that..

Next Run again Restore-DISM : Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth >> Enter

it may comes up, with the message : That corrupted files were found and fixed them..?

Now run the | Sfc /Scannow : if the DSIM tool really fixed, any corrupted files

the Sfc /Scannow tool may display this "Windows resource protection didn't

find any integrity violations" Restart he Pc and try to Log in..Can you.?

How and why were you at that particular window?

And why is it saying there are no Admin accounts on that PC?

I know what he was doing.

I want to know WHY he was there in the first place.

In other words what was wrong with the computer to make him go that path.

And you need to run Command Prompt as Admin when using SFC/etc., and the message says there is no Admin Account on the PC.
