Depending on the Restore point you have in the System Restore.
Please open up System Restore
In the search box on the taskbar, type control panel, and then choose it from the list of results
In the Control Panel search box, type recovery.
Select Recovery > Open System Restore.
In the Restore system files and setting box, select Next.
Choose a certain date where it can restore your PC 2 weeks back.
Once highlighter click Scan for Affected programs then click Next. You'll see a list of items that will be deleted if you remove this restore point. If you're OK with the deletions, select Close> Next > Finish

There's only one way that you can take your computer back two weeks ... or two years: Restore a backup image that you made at the time. Your computer will revert to exactly the way it was at the moment you made the image. Nothing to re-install, update, recover or fix.
This is why savvy computer users make backup images every day. 😉
