How can i remove the keyboard layout "French (Belgium)"

I tried to upload screenshots, but for some reason i couldn't. So I did my best to explain it as clearly as possible.

The problem

The language/input indicator in my taskbar displays the keyboard layout French (Belgium), even though i never installed the language.

What i tried to fix it

I tried removing it trough the settings panel, but had no success. Here is the steps that i followed

When I open settings and navigate to Time & language > Language & region, i see the following settings:

Windows display language -> English (Belgium)

Preferred languages -> English (Belgium)

There are no other preferred languages present.

When i select language options for the language English (Belgium), i see the following:

Language pack -> installed

Basic typing -> installed
Installed keyboard -> US qwerty

There are no other keyboard layouts present.

I also tried to remove the layout trough powershell, but faced the same result.
I opened powershell and ran the command: Get-WinUserLanguageList
I got the following output

LanguageTag : en-BE

Autonym : English (Belgium)

EnglishName : English

LocalizedName : English (Belgium)

ScriptName : Latin

InputMethodTips : {2000:00000409}

Spellchecking : True

Handwriting : False

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

1
Open the old Control Panel

At the top of Control Panel, set View to Icons

Select Region

Select the Administrative Tab on the resulting dialog

Click Change System Locale in the 'Language for non-Unicode Programs' section

Set the language in the drop down to the same as the System location/Language

2
Open the Settings App, then go to Time & language - Language & region

Scroll down and select Administrative language settings

On the Administrative tab click the Copy Settings button

Enable 'Welcome screen and system accounts' and also New user accounts

Save that setting.

Restart (not shut down) the PC
