How can I reactivate Windows 11 Home after changing my hardware?

I purchased windows 11 from the official Amazon store for my custom built PC. I downloaded the windows 11 media installation files successfully onto my computer, I entered and activated the product key with no issue. Unfortunately, I purchased a new motherboard, and am now unable to access the windows I paid for as it says: “can’t activate windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device.” I have tried all the troubleshooting steps given on the page, however I am still not able to use the windows I purchased on my pc (new motherboard).

How can I transfer the windows to my new PC?

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Download the free ShowKeyPlus app from the Microsoft Store.

On the left of that app, click 'Check Edition', then enter your product key into that app.

Please provide a screenshot of that window, and please hide the product key in your screenshot.
