How can I play/read/view, "100 years of National Geographs" CDs on Windows 10?

I am windows 10 user  how can I play/read/view  the National Geographic  CD's windows 98/95/3.1

On a Windows computer, when you insert a CD it will be automatically be read by your PC and you'll be receiving a pop-up window on what you want to do with it. For us to provide an accurate resolution, kindly answer the questions listed below:
