How can I install Win 11 Pro without 24H2?

Update 24H2 has negatively impacted the performance of my gaming PC. Before the update my MSI Meg z490 Godlike motherboard coupled with an EVGA rtx 3090Ti Ftw3 gpu held the Steam 3DMark benchmark record score of all PC's tested with same hardware. Games would easily run at 200 fps. Post update the 3DMark benchmark score is below the average score and my games are now stuttering and frame rate drops of 20-30% have been encountered. Even after a 11pro clean install I'm stuck with subpar performance. I built this PC in the fall of 2020 and by no means is it ready for the scrap yard because of some poorly launched update. My question is how do I install Win 11 pro without the auto updates? If there is no way around it can I reinstall Win 10 pro to avoid 24H2 or is it packaged into a clean install? Another question has anyone figured out why 24H2 is negatively impacting gaming PC's? My I9 is 10th gen KF, running 32gigs of 4000mhz ddr4 ram. drives C & D are m.2, gen 4.

Well, you can install Windows 10 22h2, it does not come with the 11 24h2 update. You will be asked to do so, but you can refuse.

About the 24h2 performance issues, there is honestly no explanation. One is due to drivers, the other is due to incompatibility issues or game crashes in the 24h2 version. However, Microsoft has fixed these crashes with hotfixes.

What I can explain is that you try to update the BIOS and install all the chipset and video drivers, and disable memory integrity and some functions to see if it works. If you don't want to, you can install Windows 10 22h2 using method USB, which is working very well.

Thank you for the rapid response. I did disable mem integrity. BIOS is updated as well as all other drivers. Even disconnected my SATA drives to test with the least amount of hardware connected. I'm usually pretty good at diagnosing issues using experience and intuition but this one has me perplexed. When I do a clean install from a usb drive I'm never given an option whether or not I would like to install updates. The installation just seems to default to searching for updates before the install is even completed. I will try Windows 10 22h2. Thanks again will update after install.
