How can I fix KB5012170 error on Windows365 Cloud PC

I am receiving this error when prompted to install KB5012170:

"There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x800f0922)".

The error appears on a cloud pc interestingly. I appear to be unable to install other updates until KB5012170 is installed successfully.

Does anyone have a solution for bypassing or installing this update on a cloud pc?

I have already tried rebooting several times and bitlocker disabling does not apply in this case.
