How can I add my JBL Flip 5 speaker on speaker section on my ASUS ZenBook 14 system ( is not finding it ) ??

Guys, please help.

I have an audio issue, my ASUS ZenBook 14, WIN 11, doesn"t wanna play sounds via bluetooth to my JBL Flip 5 speaker, although, I added the device and was recognised by the system and, yes, of course, bluetooth was on at both devices.

Tried to add my JBL Flip 5 on speakers section on my laptop, and it seems that the system can"t see the device.

I must mention that on my phone, JBL Flip 5 is working brilliant, including on radio, YouTube, Netflix, etc ...

Thanks in advance.

Hello! My name is Mostafa, and I will try my best to assist you with this so that you find a satisfactory solution.

I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Please search Change system sound in the taskbar search; in the playback tap, check the JBL speaker is Enabled. If it's enabled, make it Default.

If you still have issues, please go to the Bluetooth setting, remove it, and connect it again.

If the above steps do not help, reach out to me, and I will be happy to help and try my best to resolve your issue. Thank you.

Best,
Mostafa

I'm sorry to hear that.

Try updating the Bluetooth driver on your laptop. Go to Device Manager, expand the Bluetooth section, right-click on your Bluetooth adapter, and select "Update driver."

Play music on youtube, right-click on the taskbar, go to settings > System > Sound > Volume mixer > Set Output device to JBL for youtube.

If you still have issues, please try your speaker with another device.

Keep me posted with the result.
