how can i activate with earlier 32 bit windows 10 pro digital licence to 64 bit windows 10 pro

Hi Narsi. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP here to help you.

How was Windows 10 originally Activated on the PC? Did it come preinstalled from Factory, was it Upgraded with free or paid Upgrade, or was it a retail copy and license?

For Upgrade, when you first upgraded and it activated it assigned a permanent Digital License to the PC in Microsoft Activation Servers so you can reinstall any time and in any way you want as long as you reinstall the licensed version. It should reactivate soon after going online. If not run the Activation Troubleshooter in Settings > Update & Security > Activation, report back it's results and the Version and Status listed at top.

You can move the Digital License to new hardware following this procedure: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/20530/...

Factory installs have the Product Key embedded in BIOS or UEFI firmware and should activate themselves, but you can check for the key by installing ProducKey and look for the OEM-BIOS key: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/produkey-x64.zip

Retail keys must be reinserted for reinstalls during install or in Settings.

What is the Status and Edition shown at the top of the page at Settings > Update & Security > Activation?

Run the Activation Troubleshooter at Settings > Update & Security > Activation. If it says you have a Digital License then no matter what method above only the Generic Version Key can be inserted to reactivate: http://winaero.com/blog/generic-key-to-install-...

If this fails you can contact Microsoft Support: https://partner.support.services.microsoft.com/...

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you'll wait to rate whether my post helped you, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

Hi Narsimlu

Re-installing a different bit version of Windows 10, should not invalidate your activation on your PC . . .

1
Do you know the history of your PC or version of Windows?

Is your PC second hand or was Windows reinstalled by a PC Repair Shop?

2
Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog . . .

3.
Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

Go to System - About

Is the installed Edition showing as Windows 10 Pro?

Hi Narsimlu

Thank you for those screenshots . . .

The second screenshot from running that command reports you have somehow got the volume licence of Windows 10 Pro installed on your PC, which requires regular activation by a company activation server

Was Windows 10 pre-installed on your PC when you purchased that and was that edition Windows 10 Pro at the time?

If that was pre-installed and it was the pro edition, your best option is to contact Microsoft Support and ask them to help you re-activate your Windows 10 Pro, they can see into your Microsoft Account and the Windows 10 licence you hold on tat PC . . .
