My PC ran in Windows problem. Whenever I tried to open my pc, the automatic repair windows opened. I tried all the ways that appear in the troubleshooting via windows automatic repair. I used the SFC scan to reset my PC through all methods, but it always failed. Then I open my command prompt again, and type the command SFC /VERIFYONLY. And press enter. It said, "Windows resource protection found integrity violations. For online repairs, details are included in the CBC log file located at windir\Logs\CBC\CBS.log. For example C: \Windows\Logs\CBC\CBS.log". After that, I typed in the command:- C: \Windows\Logs\CBC\CBS.log

A long file appears on screen. The file name is- CBS - Notepad. From here, I have not done anything and hoped it can be repaired from here. Please help. I'm very thankful to you.


PC details:
HP notebook windows 7 (now windows 10), intel i3, 4gb RAM.
Bought in 2013.

If all options, including a Windows Reset, System Restore and accessing Safe Mode in the Recovery Environment are failing to resolve the problem, then you will need to create a bootable Windows 10 USB on another working PC and boot your PC from that, then rather than installing Windows 10, select ‘Repair this Computer’ that will give you access to the Recovery Environment from there

In the Recovery Environment on the USB, try each available option.

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool

Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created (change Boot Order in your BIOS)

I tried to download it from my Android (I do not have a pen drive with me right now). I do not get the option of creating installation media for another PC. What should I do now? And when I went to download it, it gave only one option- Window-10 (multi-edition ISO). Should I download this? Its size is around 5.5 GB.

Yes, that s the correct download, but you may not be able to download it on a phone, but see if that works for you.
