High memory usage on windows 11 laptop

I'm facing this problem while ago and as the screen shows I'm running almost nothing that take more than 300mb from and the usage is over 60%

Start your PC and do not open any apps.

Open Task Manager again, then select the Performance tab and click Memory on the left, please provide a screenshot of that window.

Thank you for the screenshot, there is no problem indicated with your RAM usage.

Windows 11 is very resource hungry, the operating system alone will use 4GB+ of RAM and you have integrated Intel UHD graphics on your Intel processor and Windows has set aside some RAM for that, because it has no VRAM.

That will leave you with approximately 3.5GB out of 8GB of RAM for your apps, try to reduce the number of apps that are starting with Windows to reduce the RAM consumption on startup.

I think I will install windows 10 instead because my laptop run too slow when running a couple of apps that needs high memory usage.
