Hi everyone my hp pc is going from the start screen a blank screen with a mouse when i turn it on. I tried windows+cntrl+shift+b, cntrl+shift+esc which didn't open task manager, Cntrl+alt+del didnt respond. I dont know what to do and I'm rlly stressed out.

This can happen if Windows Explorer, the process that is responsible for showing you File Explorer, as well as displaying the taskbar and desktop is slow to start.

I would give it about a few minutes to see if it properly starts.

When was the last time it worked properly? Have you made any changes to your computer recently?

Please try to return to the login screen
While holding the Left Shift key, click the Power icon at the bottom right > Restart
This will bring you to Windows Recovery Environment
Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Uninstall Updates
Uninstall latest quality update

Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair

If this doesn't work, Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore
Select the restore point at an earlier date where everything is still working.
Click Next then Finish

I leave it on for like an hour at a time and nothing works

It just goes to the blue hp logo then blank and whats the power icon?
