'Help & Support' tab keep on popping up

When I using my laptop (Windows 8.1), it keep on popping out the 'Help & Support" window for whatever program I'm using.
Eg. windows itself, google chrome, Adobe Reader, microsoft word.

It's really annoying.
Any idea how can I get rid of this?

p.s my keyboard 'F1' works fine.

It happened after my laptop auto upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1

Thanks.

Alright.  It seems like if it was a stuck key or hardware that it would happen even if you weren't interacting with it, so let's see if we can figure out what sort of software is causing it.

The first thing I'd like to do is try to narrow it down by temporarily turning off any background programs that could be conflicting or causing a problem.  There's a few ways to do this, because there's various methods a program might use to auto-start in the background.

The simplest is items in the Startup list.  Press Ctrl-Shift-Escape to show the Task Manager, then go to the Startup tab and disable everything.  Restart your computer, and see if the issue continue with those items turned off.
