Help please, system error 1067

I got these errors:

C:\Windows\System32>net start wuauserv

The Windows Update service is starting.

The Windows Update service could not be started.

A system error has occurred.

System error 1067 has occurred.

The process terminated unexpectedly.

Here is the evtx file from Event Viewer

Please check drive's health with third-party CrystalDiskInfo tool and show the result.
If disk status is green, run command prompt as administrator, run
chkdsk c: /r /scan command and show the result.

I rebooted my computer and did ran
chkdsk c: /r /scan command 


Results were different second time, and took longer.

Seems chkdsk cannot repair file structure, it even could not run Step 5. Sorry, but the disk needs to be re-formatted and Windows reinstalled. Do not forget to keep your files before reformatting.
