After resetting your computer, did you reinstall the necessary audio drivers?
1. Check if the audio driver is installed and listed in the Device Manager
Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
Type "devmgmt.msc" in the Run dialog box and press Enter. This will open the Device Manager.
In the Device Manager window, look for the "Sound, video, and game controllers" category and expand it by clicking on the arrow next to it.
Check if you see any audio devices listed under this category and provide the screenshot.
2. May I know your computer's make and model?
Press the Windows + R, to open the Run command.
In the Run command, type msinfo32 and Hit Enter. Provide the screenshot.
