Help creating minidump files with BSOD

I have had multiple crashes, mostly on the epic games launcher. It's mostly CRITICAL_PROCCESS_DIED but there has been tons of SYSTYEM_STORE_EXCEPTION and SYSTEM_SERVICES_EXCEPTION Crashes too. my real issue lies in not being able to create minidump files to figure out what is causing these crashes. the event viewer has not been helpful and I have even tried changing my startup and recovery settings to create the minidump files but still nothing comes up. I am currently running on w11 23h2 but I had restored system files from 24h2 as I thought it the 24 version could have been my issue with some games. things seem to run more stable on 23h2 as I can restore most apps that crash but the Epic Games Launcher will crash my system without fail. I have reinstalled it, run it as administrator, made sure my drivers are up to date, I have even looked into my firewall settings. I found that Norton antivirus had a trust level of 0 for epic games so I disabled the firewall and that had worked for a short period of time before more crashes came up. Afterward I looked into my windows firewall protection and still no luck giving permissions there either.

Hi,
My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.

Unfortunately, there is no way to force minidump creation. Please save entire system journal (without any filtering) to EVTX file and share it to OneDrive for analysis. The problem may be in hardware unfortunately.

I have worked out SSD and RAM, the only hardware I can see being an issue is my PSU or my motherboard's RAM slots themselves. here are my event viewer files Application event files.evtx

This here? System event files.evtx

Yes, that is. The journal shows power faults that prevents dump creating.

Kernel-Power 41 (63) error mostly means the problem with power supplying. Can you replace power supply unit for checking? It may mean problems with power management in BIOS or motherboard too.

And you may try to turn off all CPU power saving modes in BIOS (different C states) to check if the problem is in motherboard.

See some details at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/troubleshoot-event-id-41-restart

Hello again, I have replaced the power supply and it seemed work well for a day but no luck after that. I have assured BOIS Settings are configured appropriately and the cpu is not being overclocked. I'm leaning toward a faulty motherboard and I say that because there is still file corruption always on the same applications, those being epic games and Xbox Launcher. The same applications causing the crashes. Apart from this, everything has worked swimmingly and I can avoid crashes as long as I'm not using those applications. I have went through the troubleshooting steps for event 41 and they are all giving a value of 0 and still not writing mini dump files
