Hi StephieP2,
I'm Paul, I hope I can help you with your concern.
Please try the solutions that you haven't tried.
1. Install the latest Windows updates.
2. Update or Rollback the Bluetooth driver in the Device Manager.
Open Device Manager >> click sound, video and game controllers >> right- click your Audio driver >> click Update Driver.
If the system says that you have the latest driver installed. Try to Roll back the driver. Right-click your Audio driver >> click Properties >> click Driver tab >> click Roll back driver.
3. Uninstall the currently installed Bluetooth driver then download and install the available driver from the PC manufacturer's website.
4. Run Windows troubleshooter.
Open Settings >> Update and Security >. Troubleshoot >> click Bluetooth >> click Run the troubleshooter.
5. Restart Bluetooth services.
>> Press Windows key+R then, type “services.msc" and enter.
>> In, Services window, scroll down to find out “Bluetooth Support Service” and right-click on it, then click on “Restart“.
>> Double click on the “Bluetooth Support Service“.
>> Set the “Startup type:” to “Automatic“.
>> Then, click on “Apply” and “OK” to save the changes.
>> Restart PC and try to connect the device.
6. Use System File Checker to check and fix corrupted system files that may be the cause of the issue. Please refer to the link.
