Headphones only play left channel on both sides.

Hi, my name is Neil, and I'm a Windows 10 user like you.

Sorry you're having trouble with your headphones only playing the left sound channel through both earpieces.

Can you check something for me please. Click on the search box on your taskbar and type: CONTROL PANEL

Click on Control Panel (App) in the results.

In Control Panel, depending on what view you're currently in, either click on "Sound" or click on "Hardware and Sound" > "Sound".

A Sound properties box will open.

Make sure you're on the "Playback" tab.

Click on your Headphones to select them, they should be the currently active device.

Click the "Configure" button. You want to make sure this is set to "Stereo" if possible.

Click "Next" and finish setting them up.

If this has resolved your problem, great, if not then click on the "Properties" button.

Click the "Levels" tab.

After the main volume, click the "Balance" button.

Make sure both Left and Right Channels are at 100 and click "OK".

See if this resolves your sound issue.
