have windows 7 but computer says running in windows xp service pack 2

i have a hp pavillion dv6 notebook which has windows 7 home premium but when i tried to reinstall my trend security it told me to check the compatability which i did and it said it was running in windows xp service pack 2 how do i change this .

in trend security exe (in start menu or in c:/program files) right click and go to the properties and go to the compatibility tab and uncheck "run this program in compatibility mode" for option

hello i have un ticked the compatibility mode and pressed apply then when i go back to trend micro it wont l.et me open main console but when i check it says protected.

(1)Use uninstaller tools and you can uninstall existing

Uninstalling the Trend Micro
uninstall my Trend Micro Titanium 2011
Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) Agent


(2)Then try to install your trend new version.. If you receive this message when you try to install, you have to double check the compatibility of the product you are going to install.. Go to trend official site and go to product details and check whether it is supported for windows 7.


(3)If it is officially supported, contact support
