Hard drive usage at 100% windows 10

Hi everyone, i've been having an issue lately with windows, it is showing a 100% usage of the hard drive, checked the hard drive (is working perfectly fine), my laptop is almost brand new, no tasks or multiple websites open at the time, but tasks admin is always showing a 100% usage and running very slow, any solution about this issue?

laptop specs: i5 processor, 8 gb ram, 1tb hdd, brand new.

Hi Jerry-

I'm Kevin B. Independent advisor and a Windows user like you. I do apologize for the inconvenience that your experiencing right now, let me help you sort things out.

Kindly disable superfetch on your services.

To do that press windows key and type: command prompt.
On the list right click on the command prompt and run it as administrator.
on the CMD window type:

net.exe stop superfetch then hit enter.
you should see that superfetch successfully stop.

If the command is not working try to enter this command:

net.exe stop sysmain

wait for couple of minutes or restart your computer to see if there is any changes on the disk usage.

Hope this will help and have a blessed day!

Thanks.
