Hi there dave i have already been on that website yet i have no luck to retrieve my account back is there anyway i can send proof that its my account to get access to it. I really need this recovered because its connected to alot of my information

I do not think that account will be recoverable, if the processes they provide on that link were unsuccessful, because this Community is just a user to user forum, no one here has account access, you would need to try to contact Microsoft Support directly to see if the account is recoverable, but honestly, I do not think they will be able to recover that account.

May i ask how do i contact Microsoft support directly? Is there a phone number or email that i can get in contact with because i really need this account back.

Their support is very hard to contact, if you cannot find a local number, open the Get Help app in Windows, then repeatedly ask the bot in that app to 'Speak to an Agent' you may eventually get a link to speak to their support via Live Chat.
