Green dot on my laptop screen, help!!

so i had my laptop screen changed a couple of days ago, everything was normal but today i noticed a green dot in my screen, it seems to be the only one there as i cant notice another one, i restarted my laptop but its still there, its kinda small, like a pin's head but its still annoying to me, the screen is Full HD screen on a 1920x1080 resolution, should i contact the place that changed my screen and demand a new screen or a refund? cause im somewhat fed up with them cause they have been so unprofessional so far.

When you boot up your PC, is that also there on the Manufacturers boot screen?

If so, that is a dead pixel on your screen and yes, you should return that to whoever replaced that screen . . .

yes its there all the time when the screen is on.

what would cause those dead pixels to appear? cause when i replaced my screen i payed for a new one, not a used one.
