Hi.
I recently was struggling with some malware and viruses, and finally I could get rid of them with some unti-malware software called unHackMe and then I scanned my laptop completely with NOD32 version 10. But after these software fixed my issues, I felt that something is wrong in my computer. Actually my screen suddenly goes gray sometimes and all I have is a single mouse button. I try Ctrl+alt+delete and it "works". I can run task manager. I can run any program I want. but the point is I don't have my desktop and my taskbar. All I can do is to restart my computer. I don't know when this situation happens, it is completely random. Does anyone know what is my problem and how to solve it?
