grainy and pixelated screen win 10

Greetings! I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. I am here to work with you on this problem.

1. Check Display settings
Windows Key+i > System > Display > Whether settings are correct here or not

2. Try to reset your display driver and reboot your computer
Windows Key+CTRL+SHIFT+B

3. Take actions related to Display Driver
Windows Key+X > Click Device Manager > Expand Display Adapter > Right click on entry below >

A. Rollback the Driver
Click Properties > Go to Driver tab > If there is rollback option, click it

B. Update driver from manufacturer's website
Go to the website of the driver's manufacturer or computer's manufacturer > See if some driver is released for your model and OS > If yes, download that > In previous option, click Uninstall > Install the downloaded driver > Restart your computer

You will need to restart your computer after the above steps.

It is possible that the motherboard might have other burned things that might be affecting. Did you physically inspect the motherboard?


Please see the below options:

Option 1.Try Rolling back if you have an option:
Go to Device Manager by typing in Devmgmt.msc in Run dialog box.
Navigate to Display devices and right click ATI Radeon HD or Similar device you have. Choose Properties.
On the Driver tab, hit rollback Driver to go back to the previous version.

Option 2. Remove drivers completely and Install the the newest ones available from the OEM or the maker.
What you need to do:
1. Uninstall everything of Display driver using DDU

3. Make sure your device manager shows Microsoft Basic Display adapter.
4. Download the driver from the OEM or the maker like AMD
5.Run the Setup and you should be good to go.

The Intel HD 3000 graphics is not longer supported on newer versions of Windows 10, according to Intel, it is now considered to be a legacy option.

Intel HD 3000 graphics will work fine up to version 1703 of Windows 10, but on the 4 versions since (1709, 1803, 1809 and 1903) you will have difficulty getting those graphics working correctly

then I have to buy new graphics card only option?

the thing is with dvi to dvi connection it has prblm but with vga to vga it seems fine why so?

If, as your tag suggests, you do game on that PC, or watch a lot of online video, then yes it would be best to purchase a new GPU

You say your original GPU is dead, can you please explain what exactly happened when that stopped working . . .

it showed yellow rectangles on whole screen it gave problem as soon as I started game and after a few minutes while normal pc operation

Before you removed that device, did you try updating the device drivers and also try a few older versions of the GPU driver?

yes tried everything even changed old dvi to hdmi connection to dvi to dvi
