***Edited Original Title From: [HELP] Faulty Hardware Corrupted Page BSOD***

Hi Arman,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

From the Dump File that you have provided, Ntkrnlmp.exe is causing the Blue Screen Of Death issue on your computer.

In order to get clarity on this issue and assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

  1. Are you aware of any changes made to this computer prior to the issue?
  2. What is the complete error message that you see when you get the Blue Screen Of Death?
  3. Is the computer booting to the desktop?

Try the below troubleshooting methods and check if this helps.

Before trying the below troubleshooting method, disconnect all the external devices from the computer expect the mouse and keyboard.

Method 1: Troubleshoot BSOD.

I suggest you to follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned in Troubleshoot blue screen errors and check if this helps.

Method 2: System File Checker.

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned in Using System File Checker in Windows 10 and check for any system file corruption.

Method 3: Check Disk.

Click on the Start Menu and search for Command Prompt > Right-click on Command Prompt > Click on Run As Administrator > Type the following command and hit Enter.

chkdsk /f C:

C: is the driver, where the Windows operation system is installed.

Note: While performing chkdsk on the hard drive, if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive then chkdsk tries to repair that sector, if any data available on that might be lost.

Method 4: Disable Fast Startup.

Step 1: Click on the Start Menu and search for Control Panel and hit Enter.
Step 2: In Control Panel, click on Large icons beside to View by option and go to Power Options > Choose what the power button does on the left pane and click on Change settings that are currently unavailable.
Step 3: Uncheck Turn on fast startup (recommended) > Click on Save changes > Restart the computer once and check for the issue.

Method 5: Update Graphics Card.

I suggest you to update the Display adapater by following Update drivers in Windows 10, restart the computer once updated, and check for the issue.

Hope it helps.

Hi,

I reinstalled Windows 10 on my PC. I got this BSOD now - https://1drv.ms/u/s!AtGobq57CCz_jml4QR-l6tIU2Kl_

Both the BSODs (The previous one and the new one) happened while playing a game. I was playing Fortnite both the time.
