Google Chrome blocked

Google Chrome has been blocked by Windows 10 Pro April 2021 updates. I worked with Dell technical support for several hours, and they concluded it was the Windows update that is causing the problem.

Have you tried resetting firewall settings yet? If not, follow the below steps to see if anything changes on your side:

>Open Windows Defender
>Open Firewall & network protection
>At the bottom, click 'Restore firewalls to default'

Also, there's a quick workaround you could perform, provided by the user 'AndyWood19' on a similar thread:

"...just rename the chrome.exe file to anything else (I just used chrom.exe) and it will run as nornal. It is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application"
