Gigabyte G6 KF BSOD

Hi Sir,

I have this Gigabyte gaming laptop newly purchase last week. It has twice DSOD encounter recently after i installed the two audio driver according to Gigabyte website. Dolby Driver ver. 3.30602.635.0 and Realtek Audio ver. 6.0.9605.1.

I have upload both dumpfile and sysinfo file under the onedrive link. Kindly advice the cause and solutions.

Additionally, is it all driver in the Gigabyte website i have to install?

Win11 by default only installs critical security updates, unless you made the mistake of selecting “Get latest updates” which includes drivers.

See your laptop/PC makers support to update both bios and ALL drivers.

There should be a shortcut to that makers update utility on your system.

Then set Bios to defaults & Pwr to balanced. At the end of the day shutdown, do not leave in sleep.

The seller said to update through the "check for updates", which i have done.

But he also said to check for drivers in the Gigabyte website and update drivers on it.

The BSOD problem appeared after i install both of those drivers.

How to set the Bios to defaults & Pwr to balanced?

You should only download drivers form the manufacturers website.

As it is new contact Gigabyte support or ask in their forums.
