Getting repeated "you just unplugged a device from audio jack" since the last win10 update few days ago

Hello,

i have a PC with Win10 Pro 10.0.17134 Build 17134.

The pc is an INTEL I7-7700  3.6GHz with onboard sound card -

motherboard GIGABYTE GA-B250M-DS3H 1151 DDR4

The driver is realtek Digital output driver 10.0.17134.1 (11/04/2018)

i made a mistake - i updated my win10.

since then, i suffer from repeated random automatic notifications of "you just unplugged a device from audio jack" every 15 minutes.

its not something i did or changed. its 100% the win10 update.

i used this computer for 6 months without any problem and didn't changed any plug.

the headset is connected to the back plug USB and green sound connector.

disabling the notification doesn't make it better because the sound itself disconnects for one second and gets back, even when the notifications are off.

Please help!

Hi,

Since you are using a Realtek driver, I suggest disabling the Front panel jack detection feature. This will help eliminate software conflict issues. It would be best as well if you could uninstall all Realtek software and drivers before installing the latest version from the manufacturer's website.

Keep us posted.
