I am getting error 8DDD0020 from Windows update Catalog. Even if I click on the the FAQ or help link or even do a search, I initially get the correct screen and then it switches to the screen:

I have no issues in downloading updates from support.microsoft.com/downloads that require authentication.

I also did a reset on the security settings in IE.
Any chance it is an authentication issue related to the ActiveX that is installed for the catalog? How to reset or update it?
