Get UAC error "this app has been blocked for your protection" when run the application on Win10 after installed the latest update "August 8, 2023—KB5029244 (OS Builds 19044.3324 and 19045.3324)

dont want to fix the problem via change the UAC: run all administrators in in admin approval mode

any other way to fix the issue ?

thanks for your replying

just confirmed the issue on two computers which no installed the KB5029244 , the two computers get the same error , so you are right ,it is not related to the KB5029244

the issue happened from this morning , i just take one laptop from the stock and power on and connect it with internet for 1-2 hour ,then get the UAC error

any idea for troubleshooting

The problem might be with the system.

You can try to use System Restore to restore your Windows to the point before the issue persists.
To open System Restore, Press Windows Key + R > Type and enter: rstrui.exe.
