G5 games launch, but freeze once in game (dup' from a locked thread)

Good day,

I've been playing Sherlock Holmes (Match 3 hidden) for quite some time. Launcher shows I'm level 122.

It's been like a week that I cannot launch the game.

My PC meets the requirements to play the game. All drivers are up-to-date, same for Windows 11 Home 23H2. Scanned my PC with ESET, run various of DISM commands.

The game starts. Once in-game, I see pointing down arrows on the left. Like the game is downloading assets or so.

I just tried with 2 other games, freshly downloaded and installed. Same issue.

Any idea of what is preventing G5 games from launching ? If you need more info, please let me know. I would be more than happy to provide you anything you need to know to help me solving me problem !

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, does it only happen to 1 game? or does it happen to all games? in addition, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that we can further examine the root cause of the issue?
