My Frontier E-mail will not sync with Windows 10

  1. Which e-mail program are you using on Windows 10?

  2. Are you using an in build e-mail app on windows 10? If yes, what happens when you try to configure the e-mail with it?

 I am highjacking this question but I have same problem. I am trying to use Mail that comes with Win 10. I get my msn mail fine but not my Frontier.  I have set it up several times and the account is in Mail but when I sync, it says it cant connect to Frontier.  Also, when I go into settings to check the Frontier account settings, the password I put in and saved is never there-the actual characters don't show but the password I put in is 7 charters and the one it always shows is much longer.  I have used server names and port #s but nothing has worked yet.  Other mail programs seem able to contact Frontier and get, then keep all the right settings i.e.my I-phone mail.

I think we're all using the Frontier Mail...we all probably migrated over from Verizon to Frontier.  I don't know the answer to #2. 

Need simple instructions please.
