Front USB Ports not functioning properly

My computer shell is a Powespecs Model G312, this is what it looks like from the front (not my image). Ever since I got this shell as a hand-me-down a few years ago, I've dealt with the issue that the top USB 3.0 ports never worked for some reason. The black 2.0 ports did though. However, recently, those started to fail as well. The top USB 2.0 port next to the 3.0s actually had its black plastic part ripped out by a USB stick, where it is currently stuck inside, so I'm not sure if it's worth trying to reinsert it back into the port.

Regarding the two bottom ports, I have tried everything short of removing/replacing/repairing the actual wiring, such as uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them (note that Windows says updating the drivers isn't an option because they are up to date), and rebooting the computer after unplugging all my connected USB devices. What's really peculiar is that all the USB ports on the back of my computer, that I usually save for my mouse and keyboard, work fine for the most part. This means to me that this is an issue localized entirely to the front.
