Frequent Blue screens (dmp files attatched)

Hey! I've been getting frequent blue screen crashes ever since I changed most of the hardware in my pc. I upgraded everything except the GPU which remained the same so troubleshooting based on hardware would be quite a tedious process so im hoping the dump files will be able to give some more insight. There are multiple different errors I'm getting but the most frequent is irql not less or equal. I ran memory diagnostics and it didnt find any issues there.
Thanks in advance :)

Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my timezone is UTC +8.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to assist, upon analyzing and checking the DMP files, the error you have is GenuineIntel.sys, this is a processor error it is either the processor is getting hardware errors or it is overheating, moreover kindly follow the steps below for us to fix the issue:

Method 1. Run Intel Diagnostic tool:

Go to this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/downloa...

Then download and run the tool.

Suppose there is any failure on the test. In that case, that means there is a hardware issue on your processor, which you need to contact Intel support or a local technician for the next step, which might be a processor replacement or board, depending on the diagnosis of the hardware.

Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

Method 1. Do clean boot:
A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

- In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.

- On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.

- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.

- Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.

- Close Task Manager.

- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Method 2. Run memory diagnostic tool: The memory diagnostic tool is a RAM test to check if there are any issues with RAM that cause the processor to malfunction.

- Press Windows key + R, then type in mdsched.exe hit OK, then restart the device.

Note: If the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the processor or do a re-pasting of thermal paste to optimize the processor.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

Bernard

Hey, thank you for your response! I ran both memory diagnostics and the intel diagnostic both came back with no issues. I also did a clean boot which seemed to clear up the issue for a few days however it has now returned. Today I had another four bsods, three of which were a result of enabling driver verifier which i was able to disable through safe mode. After this I have reapplied thermal paste which it did seem to be lacking however I am now additionally getting the driver irql not less or equal error code which didn't specifically mention drivers before. Let me know if the dump files will be any use.
