Forza Horizon 4: Invalid profile (Error Code E:47-0)

I had to reinstall OS under PC/win10 and after starting a game I got error as below

I have tried so far:

- delete local save

- reinstall game

Nothing helps. I tried also run game from XBox but I am getting the same error.

How can I restare profile with hundreds hours of game?

Hello

You want to be able to play this game. However, the Forza servers are explicitely stating that your profile is invalid. Only direct solution would be to create a new account, but you would lose your save.

This should be the answer, create a new profile and start from zero? Why doesnt microsoft or who else indentify the problem and solfe it. you cant be serios that all player who have this problem have to start ther fh4 career from the beginning. the question is, why does my profile cant be found and what are YOU doing to help player to solfe a problem they dont caused by their own?

Amen 200% agreed. I have had thos exact error come up several times on a few different accounts on pc and xbox where in the past i could get on the opposite device and sync data then log in again on device that was giving the error and it would be fine but today it gave me the error on every device I have tried everything and am not looking to start from scratch considering the time and effort i I've put into the account

Same for mje bought game pass last week,kept booting me out of multiplayer,tried everything.Formatted,reinstalled,turned firewalls off. Now this stupid profile rubbish-cant even play game. Ps5 here we come! This from a pc gamer!!!

I play on pc,formatted,re installed.logged on to my microsoft profile and then signed out. Wait for about 1 min then log back in.It then performed a sync and I was able to get all my progress back in Forza. Also I found a thread which enabled me to play multiplayer again after getting disconnected many times .Everything is working perfectly now.

What worked for me was to sign out of Microsoft account on all devices. After about 30 mins sign back in. It then synced and I got all my hundreds of hours back
