Fortnite Crashing while trying to play

Hello there, I have a problem where I start playing Fortnite I ready up and then it just crashes. I have contacted epic games support and they tracked down the error. Here are the screenshots of the error and the email. Epic Games claims that the error code is:  LogWindows: Error: [Callstack] 0x00007ffb4fc87034 KERNEL32.DLL!UnknownFunction [].

Please help me fix my error

P.S. I am using DirectX 11 I am not sure why it says I am using DirectX12 Beta.

If a game calls unknown function from system file, there is something wrong with a game. Please contact Epic Games support again.

Error is not saying you ARE using DX12. it says "if you are using DX12". This is a general text.

And please repair system files by
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
command from Windows PowerShell (administrator) environment.

Hey Igor, thanks for your reply, Epic Games told me to contact Microsoft Support as it is an error from windows not from the game. What am I supposed to do in this situation then?! How do I repair system files, I didn't understand the command.

Please ask a clarification from game support. Words "KERNEL32.DLL!UnknownFunction" say about game problem - game calls the unexisted function.

Right click Start, select Windows PowerShell (administrator) item, in appeared blue window paste a command and press Enter. Wait a minute or so while command runs. See the results.

Hey Igor, Thank you that did fix the problem of crashing. Now the only thing is left that I am getting fps spikes, before updating it I used to play at stable 60 fps and now I am going at 30 fps and suddenly is reduces the fps. Any fix for that? I have submitted the same question to epic games too.

u can try registry editor to stop fps drops on windows 10. its very easy just go to youtube and search fix windows 10 fps drop registry editor.
