I forgot the password for my windows 7 Home Premium Administrator password, I have other users on the laptop, but the account that is lock is the main one and nothing can be done on the laptop without authority from the Administrator, you
cant add or delete a program and neither can you install any program without the permission from the Admin(which is locked). I HAVE USED the NT OFFLINE ,created a boot file from this offline program, but it only works with other accounts, but not the
admin. How can I remove the password or get access to the main Admin account.
ps. i have no startup disk, neither do I have any previous password reset disk that was created. and I have no account that can access the main account" the Admin."
Any help will be appreciated
Yours Sincerely
WAITING 4UAREPLY
