force windows to re-do initial setup wizard

i just bought a computer from a friend. after my $1,800 Toshiba got a 15 inch crack in its 17 inch screen, i had no choice.

i know theres a program to run that makes windows reboot and do the initial setup wizard again, just like when you bought it new, but i cant remember what it is and once again, Google(R) is proving to be rather fickle in giving me the answer i require.

so how bout it, anybody know?

Hi Jparnel8839 – Welcome to Microsoft Answers Community.

So you repaired the screen good. Once you startup the PC,
look at the BIOS initialization and you’ll see a couple of choices
one of the choices will represent the Recovery Program which
is built-in and is used to recovery the PC and get back Windows®,
