This error comes sometimes when downloading a package from windows update failed for some reason like an internet problems or time out,

You should download the update and install it manually, a link can be found here:

Have you tried the windows update troubleshooter?

If it didn't help. try manually resetting the update cache in windows:
please follow this method:
* Type cmd in start menu and right click > open it as an administrator
* type those command one by one:
net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver

After it finishes, restart your computer and try again.

in such cases, I advice you to update windows using windows media creation tool.
You can download the tool directly to your PC and then run it,

Hello. I have the same issue. I tried the methods above and when i got to the media creation tool it did update but now i go to log in and i get a blue screen that says cannot load my user profile? Do you have any suggestions?

using the windows media tool still installs the update kb4532693 and doesn't fix the problem and it still shows up in windows update, so Microsoft hasn't pulled it yet
