File System Error (-2147219196) - "ms-windows-store:PurgeCaches"

I can't open Microsoft Store and it opens a window called "ms-windows-store:PurgeCaches" which says that: "File System Error (-2147219196)"

Can anybody help me??

Hi John456_2,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Please try the following.

1. Run Troubleshooter
Open Settings => Update & Security => Troubleshoot => Windows Store Apps => Run the Troubleshooter.

2. Reset the Microsoft Store cache
>> Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

3. Install the latest Windows Updates

4. Use System File Checker to check and fix corrupted system files that may be the cause of the issue. Please refer to the link.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402652...

5. Re-register Windows Store App.
>> Click Windows PowerShell (Admin)
>> type the following then hit Enter:

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.
