Family&other users option is missing

Here are some methods we can perform that can possibly fix the issue.

Method 1: Check for Windows Update

Method 2: Run the SFC /SCANNOW command

1. Open a new Windows Terminal as an Administrator (Press Windows+X and Select Windows Terminal Admin).

2. Select the Command Prompt or PowerShell profile from the down arrow chevron menu.

3. Type sfc /scannow command, and press enter.

4. Wait for the scan to complete.

5. If there's no errors, you can close the console now.

6. If it doesn't help, do a Component Store repair with this command:

   " dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth "

7. Restart the computer and run sfc /scannow again.

Method 3: Repair Windows 11 with DISM

1. Open Windows Terminal as Administrator.

2. For the Command Prompt profile, type the following command and hit Enter.

   dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

3. Wait the process to finish, and close the Windows Terminal app.

4. Restart the computer and see this fix the issue.

I tried both but still missed

I need to confirm if this is the only missing function. Can you search for command prompt then run it as an administrator.

Please confirm if you can see the YES button or If this is not appearing or greyed out. You can also test this with other applications that needs admin permission to access. Please visit this article for additional troubleshooting in this type of scenario.

yes it's appearing but asks me for a password to open

where the family & other users option go? it was here but I can't find it anymore why it disappeared?

You need to be an administrator to manage this option.

Are you able to switch to an admin account?

Select the Start Windows logo Start button button on the taskbar. Then, on the left side of the Start menu, select the account name icon (or picture) > Switch user > a different user.

Looks like Windows 11 is corrupt. Did you install on unsupported hardware? It can be done that way but problems with missing settings and/or blank windows may exist.
