Hi! So I just got fallout 76 the other day and is actually a lot of fun! However, I tried opening it up yeaterday, and all that happens in a black box popping up for a few seconds, and then going away. I even tried reinstalling it with no success. I have
FO76 from xbox game pass for pc if that helps. Thanks!
So, I found out I had two folders for the game in two different locations. I deleted the one that was stored in my documents (for some reason...?) which would
a.) describe how it avoided the reinstall
b.) allow the game to run properly
question answered so if someone could close the post, thanks!
