What I've done so far:
Had a previously working windows 10 install but did a wipe from BIOS
Used Media Creation Tool to create a new Windows 10 usb drive
Plugged into Latitude 3190 and set to legacy and turned safety off etc. to manage to load from the USB
Get as far as "where do you want to install windows"
One option "Drive 0 Partition 1" which seems to be unallocated as has free space the same as total size "58.2 GB"
When the warning is clicked on: "Windows cannot be installed on this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure that this disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu."
When you click next: "We couldn't create a new partition or locate an existing one. For more information, see the setup log files."
Using diskpart I have checked it is indeed a GPT drive
